• All appointments must have a valid card on file.

• I allow a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. Please understand your tardiness comes out of your appointment time.

• Please confirm your appointments and sign the forms that come with your first appointment email.

• If you reschedule an appointment day of, that’s considered a cancellation and will result in being charged a cancellation fee.

• If you cancel with less than two hours notice, you will be charged a no show fee.

• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 60% of your appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of your appointment.

Please respect my time and policies the way you’d want me to respect yours. Appointments that dont meet these guidelines will be cancelled and charged a cancellation fee.
